Set armor bonuses in Season 1 had relatively low impact on gameplay and rotations, because we wanted to give the new talent system room to shine. As an enhancement shaman main, I'm liking the 2piece and having mixed feelings on the 4piece. The 4 piece feels like it will push heavily towards using the physical damage build for single target and the elemental build for any multitarget. Rather have a bonus that is neutral either way. Side note, as a fire mage and outlaw rogue alt who also used deathbolt affliction warlock back in bfa, I'm loving the outlaw set the 4pc also works with the physical build in aoe, probably even better than the elementalist one.
