The installer dave rang me to arrange installation at my convenience and was very polite and friendly. Plus we have seen some pretty cool designs here that nowhere else has. No problem in recommending them to anyone who wants a decent bike shed for a decent price. I had to use a long handled ratchet clamp so I could square the timbers to knock down into the slots. Great product, couldn't fault it. This was something we thought was really neat. We know how frustrating it is when you are a customer and you need to have a back and forth with someone and it feels unnecessarily hard.
