Treetops Cattery is outstanding, the best cattery we have ever used. Mark the owner, is nothing less than exceptional I was very concerned about leaving my 16 year old cat in a cattery for a week, but I need not have worried after finding Treetops. Mark is amazing and an obvious cat lover. The pictures he sent and the written updates reassured me that my cat was happy. We are off this morning with Sam for his mini break with Mark at Treetops.

Treetops is a family run business large enough to be professional but small enough to care. We are located on the outskirts of Derby set in the beautiful Derbyshire countryside with easy access from Derby, Alfreton, Ashbourne, Belper, Ripley,and Ilkeston. We also regularly have customers that come from much further a field that have been specially recommended to us and may be visiting local attractions such as Alton Towers or travelling from a different area and using East Midlands Airport. Treetops has been under the same ownership for over 25years and you can therefore be assured that your pets are in experienced and capable hands. Our kennels and cattery occupy the same space as our home and in many respects there is no distinction. We are always close at hand to cater for your pets every need and able to create a home from home boarding environment. At Treetops our business philosophy is quite simple, we all enjoy what we do and care passionately about your pets in our care. Every member of our dedicated and well trained team loves working with animals and considers themselves privileged to be looking after such wonderful guests. We hope our customers recognize our dedication and can see how happy their pets are when they stay with us. Yes, we believe a wagging tail and an excited arrival is testimony indeed to the quality of our care and the reason why many customers continue to entrust us with their beloved pets year after year. Treetops Boarding Cattery was established in as a family owned and run business, and still continues this tradition today along with professional, friendly and unique service…. Our aim at Treetops Cattery is to provide unique, personal care for your cat while you are away from home on holidays, business or even moving interstate. We provide the finest care for your cat, tailoring our service to suit the individual needs of every cat staying in our care…. Our indoor accommodation features television, radio and a fireplace with individual heating available in apartments by prior arrangement. Our indoor accommodation contains our food preparation area where your cats diet is tailored to their unique requirements. Our two separate indoor accommodation facilities each house up to 30 cats in spacious individual apartments, with family apartments available. Our outdoor accommodation features spacious apartment sizes, with family apartments also available. We have a fresh water pond with natural gardens and plenty of space for your cat to play and exercise.

Next year Sam will be with him for 2 weeks on our longer break. Not only is Mark a pleasant man and really interested in cats but he takes care of each individual cat as if it's his own. We are glad we found you Mark after some negative experiences with other Catteries. Treetops is set in a lovely and quiet environment with plenty of surrounding greenery.

During the warmer weather, the shutters surrounding the cattery can be removed, keeping the cats nice and cool. She was so relaxed when we picked her up which was very reassuring. Mark is amazing and an obvious cat lover. At the end of the holiday, she was in excellent condition. About Us. Mark seems to really understand cats and their behaviour and needs. It was her first cattery experience and I was really nervous about leaving her but I really needn't have worried. Treetops is VERY warmly recommended! Based on our experience, if you have any doubt about leaving your cat at Treetops Cattery, don't have. Not only is Mark a pleasant man and really interested in cats but he takes care of each individual cat as if it's his own. Treetops Cattery. Full height luxury heated sleeping cabins. Mark is a first class star. Our Cattery. Nothing was too much trouble - even chopping up lambs heart fur her special diet! Took my cats Sapphire and Poppy to Treetops for the first time this month, a big thank you to Mark who owns and runs Treetops, wonderful cattery, Mark does such a wonderful job, our cats have also stayed at Harmony cattery in Bracklesham Bay, owed and run by Karen , both catteries are run by the same family, both are fantastically run and you can tell that both Mark and Karen care very much for the cats they look after and you can tell that love what they do, whenever we need a cattery Mark or Karen's will definitely be the number 1 choice, they are simply the best, Both these catteries I will give 5 stars, first class cat accommodation. We are always close at hand to cater for your pets every need and able to create a home from home boarding environment. Our four cats have just come home from another holiday at Treetops Cattery where they were thoroughly spoilt! When we dropped her off at Treetops she was straight out of her box and all around you which she never does! Our elderly cat Spike stayed at Treetops for two weeks at the beginning of November. He looked after our British Shorthair, Archie extremely well, nothing was too much trouble and catered to his every need.
