Which isn't my problem. Elderly man who runs the store was the rudest person I've ever met in retail. Came in to try to make and exchange and wouldn't even talk to me. Tried to see if they had the item i needed to Rude and unhelpful. This wasn't always the case - maybe management or ownership changed or something. I like to support small local businesses, but we will not be shopping at this one again. A great hardware store, they carry anything that you could get at the big box stores at a reasonable price. I was impressed to see the great merchandise they had and the great service, too. I ordered three 7 gallon Nellie Stevens Holly trees from Frank.

Him and his staff are very friendly and assist their customers to ensure they are satisfied with their purchases. Had to run in when on a job nearby.
