Ttr 125 carburetor diagram

By ryorkFebruary 10, in TTR. I just did the air box mod and put new jets in my wifes ttr I noticed there does not seem to be an adjustment screw like the older model carbs.

By tsherv , May 4, in TTR. I recently purchased a TTR It had the wrong carb installed on it. I purchased a replacement carb that is the correct style for the year. The problem I'm having is the hose connections are different. Pictured below is the style of carb I'm adding not the same carb. Looking at the 2 nipples in the pic below, can anyone tell me specifically what each one is for?

Just a simple step to remove it, but if someone doesn't know it's there, maybe shouldn't be messing with it anyway? Thanks, Troy.

By chevy , March 25, in TTR. Choke is stuck of course, and it's hard to start and the idle sucks. So, any recommendations on where to find the carb and anything else needed to do the swap adapter, throttle, etc? Any guidance is appreciated! Shipping was usps priority mail and the carb took 3 days to arrive from the day I ordered it. You can also get a Chinese "Mikuni" from ebay or amazon

I believe the main fuel line from the tank is on the other side of the carb. This may be late to the party but others may use it. Never seen anything like it. Pic 2. Share More sharing options I believe the one pointing up coming off top of fuel bowl on the right, is your main fuel. The idle adjustment screw on the push-pull mechanism on first photo. Maybe someone put in a different carb than stock or maybe that is what comes on your year bike.

You need to be a member in order to leave a comment. The only thing I seen is the little silver screw on the side with a small flathead notch in it first pic. I purchased a replacement carb that is the correct style for the year. You have to drill a hole in the plug, thread a screw into the hole, and pull it out with the screw, using pliers or vice grips on the screw.
