Ucf recreation students have access to our ,square-foot facility with fitness equipment, a track, multipurpose courts and a climbing wall, plus outdoor amenities like sand volleyball courts, a leisure pool, a lap pool and intramural sports fields. The RWC is open to all students; paid memberships are available for non-students. Group Exercise offers a wide variety of fitness classes conducted by nationally certified instructors. Sign Up Here! View the Class Descriptions. If for any reason you are unable to attend the class you registered for, we ask that you kindly cancel your reservation. Since our Group Exercise classes have reservations, canceling your spot will mean giving someone else the opportunity to attend. Reservations are not required however due to the popularity of many formats, it is highly recommended. Participants who reserve a spot online can do so 24 hours before the start of any class and must arrive 15 minutes early to secure their space in the class. You may arrive prior to a class if you did not make a reservation and will be admitted on a space-available basis once participants with reservations have been checked in.

The UCF Recreation and Wellness Center and all its facilities are returning to normal operations for the first time in more than a year. The RWC is planning to expand its hours of operations and in-person offerings by the start of Summer B on June 28 and expects to have a robust schedule by the start of the fall semester pending the ability to hire and train enough staff, particularly in roles that require higher-level certifications.
