Open until PM. I was in drab and wanted to get some new makeup and improve the quality of makeup so I went into Ulta. I wandered around for a few minutes when the lovely Lisa asked if I was looking for Stopped by to pickup some blush, which I forgot in the rush of packing the night before this trip. Also wanted to see what facial masks and other beauty items I could get for some pampering this The only reason why I didn't leave a one star is because ONE lovely girl who actually asked if I needed help. I made an appointment for the salon at and wasn't seen until I still waited because I really needed a haircut. The stylist was very nice. I asked to even out my hair since I cut it I don't have a problem with the store itself. I have a problem with the level customer service given at the store.

I asked if I could cancel and she said no. My first experience in store was with my daughter.

All words and opinions are my own. I love the thickness and texture for when it comes time to style it— my favorites being big, bouncy curls or voluminous and straight. My hair has actually changed a lot over the years. That was my goal stepping into The Salon at Ulta Beauty. You can indulge in hair, skin and brow services, making the store the best retailer for exploring everything beauty in one place. I had gotten a simple blowout at The Salon at Ulta Beauty before in Los Angeles, but was ready to find my hairstylist soulmate at my local store. When I met with my hairstylist, Morgan, I told her I was trying to keep my hair long but needed a cut that would cater to my natural waves. At this point, other hairstylists I had gone to in the past would just suggest long layers as always. But Morgan took a moment to really go through my hair and assess the situation. First of all, she noticed a lot of unevenness in my existing layers due to breakage.

I have called 4 times and keep getting the same crap. My hair is chocolate brown and I wanted a lighter ashy brown, instead I got a reddish copper tone. Wed AM - PM. The stylist was very nice. Shopped at Ulta on March 31 after work with the intention of purchasing under eye concealer. The only negative issue I've ever had is when I ordered online once and the order got lost in the mail. When I expressed my complete dissatisfaction and that I could not believe they were going to allow me to leave the salon that way was when they did the gloss or toner and I wasn't charged for that. It asked me to press 4 for "dissatisfied" which I did and then it was just dead air. Also, I find it annoying that I'll buy something on the slightly more expensive side and then two days later I'll get an email saying that brand is on sale or it has 5x points or something like that. My whole goal was to maintain a good part of my natural dark blond color to be accented by these highlights. This is unacceptable. I don't hate Ulta, and I tried to give them a chance, but shopping there has been such a hassle for me lately.

I'm sure it was the sales associate that was chatting with security!!! Not good either way. I picked out 4 items. Worst most hateful experience I ever had. So I just sent their customer service the following message - "I hope this reaches the right person. Beware when purchasing gift cards online that you may never receive them. I often buy things that I knowingly will rarely use. Ulta had been good to me. Select brushes. The place looked dirty and even the personnel. Worse experience ever!!!
