Korea , Romance, Fantasy. Adapted into a manhwa from the web novel of the same name, written by Suji Kim , we travel back to the period of kings, princesses, knights, magic, and castles. When faced with joining a campaign to kill the mighty red dragon, he marries Maxi off to a lowly knight, Riftan, who he dispatches instead of himself on the morning after the wedding. However, when Riftan returns victorious three years later, the king offers him his talented and dazzling daughter Agnes, granting him the right to divorce Maxi, the talk in the Croyso Castle. These rumors are taken at face value, and Maxi is baffled as to why Riftan is still taking her to his hometown, Anatol. What could he mean by spouses spending their whole lives together? The reader witnesses firsthand and through flashbacks about the physical violence and humiliation she endured during her time in the Croyso Castle. However, a slow, gradual shift in her mindset and demeanor makes witnessing her story worthwhile. Along the way, we meet the Remdragon Knights, who operate directly under Riftan.

A flawless love story of the flawed. It Is also being adapted into a Korean Webtoon. Maximillian is a young noblewoman with a stutter who has had about the most traumatizing childhood possible. Raised by her abusive father, she has grown up being constantly beaten and told she is worthless and unworthy of love or happiness. Confined to her room for most of her life, she has little will and zero self-confidence.

Honestly it's nice to see a bit of work-romance balance in a webtoon. Manga is the Japanese equivalent of comics with a unique style and following. No topics currently in the forum, view the forum or add a new topic now. Free Downloads. A slow burn. Now author Josh Oaktree is compiling them as a book to bring awareness to how the climate crisis impacts animals world-wide. The art was nice. All 30 Weird Animals. I don't care how 'hot' the male lead is, he does nothing but trigger the female lead's traumas and anxieties. It's not bad, but the story in itself needed to be outstanding for the art to be not a big factor.
