Unpair fitbit charge 2
My grandson's dog ate my Fitbit 2 I know, it sounds like an old classroom joke! Both of them are coming up in the Fitbit app on my cell phone, and I'm not able to remove the Fitbit 2 How do I disconnect the Fitbit 2 from my cellphone?
I just tried to re-pair with my Charge 2 but it failed and then I got a message saying the Fitbit Bluetooth service is "busy". This is not something I have seen before. But currently I cannot pair with my Fitbit and therefore cannot sync. Very frustrating. You will need to go to the app and tap account there you will see the option to pair a device, follow the instructions to setup your tracker again. Please help! I gave my charge 2 to a friend of mine when I purchased a new one. She had no issues getting it synced up to her Fitbit account, however we have realized that whenever we are with each other the text messages I get on my phone still show up on the charge 2 as well as the text messages on her phone. I'm not sure about the issues you are experiencing, but I can understand on your post, your tracker is paired to your car Bluetooth. Is this correct? My mobile phone is broken and I can not remove the Charge 2 from the Bluetooth devices. Take a look at the Fitbit help site for further assistance and information.
