The Unofficial Patch was originally packaged in a series of discrete mods specific to the aforementioned game components and designed to work in concert: Unofficial Skyrim Patch , Unofficial Dawnguard Patch , and Unofficial Dragonborn Patch. After the release of the Legendary Edition of the game which included all three add-ons, these separate mods were discontinued in favor of the unified USLEEP mod which required all three of the aforementioned add-ons and was first formally released on November 7, Unification made upkeep significantly easier and enabled several fixes to be implemented that could not be done with discrete patches. Though the stand-alone patches are now essentially obsolete and have been removed from most download sites , they can be used in a case of running just the original base game, or the base game plus one DLC but not the other. Forgot your password? As many of you are no doubt aware by now, Skyrim SE 1. Fortunately the community has largely stepped up and dealt with the problems that resulted from it and update for various mods are out and more are coming. Given that the base game for SE now contains an additional 4 DLCs as content, and we're committed to addressing issues in the content of the base game, we are planning to have the next regular update in incorporate fixes for these additional DLCs. We don't know when exactly in this update will take place, so please don't ask. Previously we had indicated that we were going to leave Creation Club DLCs alone, but that was before it became known that the base game would provide this content to everyone across the board, on all platforms. So what does this mean going forward? This will be a hard requirement, with no fallback option available. Additional categories will be added to the AFKTrack system to distinguish which part of the game a bug is being reported for so that we can collect any additional data on these that Garthand hasn't already accounted for. Since the USSEP is a cross-platform effort, and both console platforms are unable to disable or remove the new content and PC has to go to extraordinary measures to do so it is not in the long term interest of the project to keep these 4 DLCs separated going forward.

It does not change your actual gaming experience especially, when you are not used to use some of the exploits it fixed, which got some players grumpy about it , so it won't hurt to prevent potential problems before they appear.
