This Power Moon can be found in Quadrant C4, on an alcove behind a large rock located on the North East side of the main island platform. Since it is a challenge room, you'll have to leave Cappy behind as you undertake this challenge - and you must make your way across rapidly vanishing platforms while dodging incoming fire from Sherm Tanks. At the start, it's a straight shot from the P-Switch across a temporary bridge to where a Sherm Tank is firing. Start rolling and keep tapping the roll button in 1 second intervals to keep up your speed, and curve to the side to avoid projectiles and blocks in the road. Once you reach the next P-Switch, keep rolling but stop shortly after passing the switch. You'll now want to use the momentum you gained from rolling to start triple jumping your way up the stairs.
