The staff is exceptional and the service is definitely 5 star. Everyone we encountered was warm and friendly and greeted us with a smile. We feel at home at the Aqualina and love all of the staff. We love the offerings, such as the high quality kids club, that keep our children entertained and allow us as parents some time for a vacation as well. We will definitely return and hopefully bring some friends. It's no easy feat to impress this group, but you made it happen seamlessly. On a personal note, when my travels bring me back to Miami, there will be no other choice of hotel for me.
