I have a new phone and blueyonder email address. I'm using a 3rd party email virgin media emails sign in to read my emails on my old phone but I am unable to setup the account on my new phone because I have forgotten the email password. I've tried to change the password for 3rd party apps via my virgin media but it is asking me to change the account email address.
