We have developed our own gluten free breading recipe and have 2 of our 3 deep fryers dedicated gluten free. ALL of our chicken, whether bone in or tenders, is breaded with this gluten free breading.

Excellent food and awesome counter service from the staff. We had the strips which were huge with cheerwine bbq sauce and sweet chili sauce. The mac and cheese is really good and not some boxed stuff. We will definitely be back. April The restaurant is bright and clean. The person who took our order seemed distracted and was pretty low energy.

On safety —We use 2 dedicated gluten free fryers. We mark items as gluten free. They have the best GF fried chicken I have ever tried. And the other options are very good. Highly recommend! This place has a huge gluten free menu. I love the fried chicken breast and potato wedges. The biscuits are delicious as is the waffle. Chicken is so moist. As GF fried chicken is rare in eastern TN, thats what we ordered - and it was quite good, the crunch was there, and the chicken was good quality, tasty, and sizable pieces. Got waffles with the chicken, and liked the texture and quality.

Some of the best food I've had since moving to Tennessee from SoCal. I recommend their garlic soy ginger sauce with a side of broccolini. Their chicken and banana pudding are also amazing! We do serve our Fried Chicken on white bread Nashville Style. If you don't want the bread, be sure to let us know and we'll gladly leave it off!

Updated 6 months ago read full review. This is Nashville style chicken so it brings some great heat. Kids Chicken on a Stick with wedges. Everything was fresh, flavorful and cooked to perfection. They handled the rush well. I highly recommend the biscuits and the fried pickles. Safety Is ALL the food in this establishment gluten-free? Served with Real Maple Syrup and your choice of 2 side dishes. This is one of the best fried chicken place I have ever been to. They have different prep areas, different fryers, and separate waffle irons for gf items.

I have eaten here several time with having celiac and have never been sick. The chicken was delicious and paired with the waffles and a spicy maple syrup with bacon was a tasty delight.
