Mods like Transient Fortitude make my Dex Pixia part of the 4th ability stronger, but the Precision Intensify hasn't made the weapons stronger, there was no effect whatsoever once added. For example Nova could use Negative strength but another ability e.

It appears to boost shadow's claw damage by the accurate amount when you look at sevagoth's abilities but when you mod the claws, it doesn't show the damage from precision intensify, leaving me uncertain if it adds any damage.
