This build has been updated for Season 23, Season of the Wish. PVE Void Warlock is focused on weakening enemies with grenades and constant survival with devour. The object of the subclass is to throw your grenades and kill anything left standing. The Novabomb super is incredible for single-target burst damage and area-of-effect damage. The Vortex Grenade pulls enemies in and deals massive trash enemy clearing. Lastly, the Healing Rift is our secondary survival tool. Nova Bomb: Vortex — Casting this sends forth an orb of void energy that pulls enemies in and deals single-target and area-of-effect damage.

Goal of the Build : Cover any battlefield with weakening Void Souls, which can then be recalled and used on another wave of enemies. The loop here is relatively straightforward: start by placing a rift, then shoot an enemy to send out your Void Soul. Killing combatants that are weakened by either this or your grenade will trigger Echo of Harvest , granting you a Void Breach. Killing an enemy with a grenade will also grant your Void weapon s Volatile Rounds. Once you and your fireteam clear the wave of enemies your Void Soul is centered around, you can interact with it to once again get Void Soul Ready. As mentioned earlier, placing more rifts will grant you more Void Souls, allowing you to have multiple on the battlefield simultaneously. Generally speaking, this exotic build will always be powerful in activities where you can safely interact with your Void Soul. Because of its competitive nature, stats are significantly more critical in the Crucible than in PVE.
