We released Tabula version
You can view a personalised timetable of tutorials and lab classes in your Tabula profile. When you are enrolled and logged into the Warwick intranet you can find more information about your timetable. Please note that the timetable may not populate until the first week of October as the last sessions on the timetable are finalised. Information about lectures will be sent to you via Moodle and this will be explained in your welcome talks. You'll also be able to view your timetable via the Warwick mobile app called My Warwick Link opens in a new window. Your personalised timetable will build gradually.

The list is annotated to show those essays which are due, those which you have already submitted, and any which are overdue. Please submit all assignments as Word documents not pdfs. Click on individual assignments to view or upload your essay, as appropriate. You will be asked for a comprehensive word count, ie one which includes all the words in the submitted document. Please enter this as a number with no commas or spaces , e. Please note that this must be accurate - your decalred word count will be checked and penalties for over-lenth work will be applied. For details, please see p23 of the Taught MA Handbook. If you require an extension on account of medical or other compelling reasons, you must ensure that an extension request is submitted via Tabula at least one working day before the deadline in question to allow time for your requset to be assessed. Extensions will not be granted after the deadline. Any supporting medical evidence must be uploaded with the request.

The dates and times by which you should submit your work for assessment are given on Tabula. Please also see our schematic map of all student deadlines. Work should be uploaded to Tabula by the date and time specified on the system and following the online instructions. Please note that since this is an electronic system, it is very accurate, so even if you submit your work just one second after the deadline, it will be marked as late and penalties will be imposed accordingly. Make sure you allow yourself plenty of time to upload your work and try not to leave this until the deadline day itself.
All Tabula resources are protected by Web sign-on. This means that any script will need to pass an ITS user code and password to Tabula. You must ensure that if your scripts store passwords anywhere, they do so in a way which is secure. Failure to do so may result in your access to IT facilities being revoked. API requests should be made using an External User account that is setup specifically for API access, contact the ITS web team at webteam at warwick dot ac dot uk if you need help setting one up. It's quite possible to make a client for the Tabula APIs which will overload the server, either by accident or design. We monitor the server load more or less continuously, and will block IP addresses from clients which are causing problems on a 'block-first, ask questions later' basis.
