I came into this Wendy's at about pm and there were several people in the drive thru, so I parked and went inside. Just one table of people and no one in line, so I thought this would be an easy order process. I finally gave up at nearly 10 total minutes waiting to have my order taken, and left to buy my food at McD's across the street. I understand when places are short handed, but this place appeared to have no collective skills to do even the most basic tasks of taking orders and preparing and getting the food out. When there were only 4 cars in the drive thru when I walked in, how could any competent manager leave a customer at the counter 10 minutes without serving them??? I went through the drive thru and ordered a chicken sandwich and fries. They said it would be a 6 minute wait for the chicken but they said, "your fries will be fresh" I'm guessing the fries were done before they put the chicken in There is nothing worse than cold fries. But the staff was friendly and the chicken sandwich was good. Food was just like every other hamburger place you visit. Service was the same way.
