I hope the lounge type seating is just the beginning. It would be nice to make it the new standard. I have a disability and usually find myself squirming through the entire movie. Went to see Star Wars 3D with my son and looking forward to a great experience. I was hugely disappointed. The movie itself was great but the sound was so low that it ruined the experience for us. There was absolutely no bass at all and the level was so low we could hear people around us crunching their popcorn and digging their hands in licorice bags. Put it this way On the way out we heard another customer complaining on how the lights were left on in the projection room during their movie. There was also garbage left in the cup holders from the previous movie showing. I don't even think "the force" can help this expensive theater! We went New Year's Day with our son and daughter in law to see Star Wars 3D and if we could have left we would have it was filthy as we entered and really we even hated to have to sit down. I have never in my long life seen a theatre so dirty. It was so stuffy and hot and as the show played on I became so hot I thought I was going to pass out.
