General Provisions. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms, you may not participate in the Program. Employees of Vail Resorts are not eligible for participation in the Program. If any provision of these Terms is deemed to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, such provision will be deemed severed and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. The Program is void where prohibited or restricted by law. The Program does not establish an agency, partnership or joint venture relationship between Vail Resorts and Member. Such changes may affect any aspect of the Program including but not limited to the participating locations, discount categories, Program availability, disco unt availability or levels, Benefits, or any other elements of the Program. The Program is personal to Members and does not create a property right. Members may not share, assign, transfer or otherwise allow any non-Members to utilize the Program. Further, if any information provided by a Member is, or if we have reasonable grounds to suspect that any information provided, is false, inaccurate, outdated, intentionally incomplete, or violates these Terms, or any applicable law, then we may suspend or terminate your participation in the Program. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado regardless of conflict of laws. The parties agree that any disputes between them shall be addressed in accordance with the process stated herein-below and heard only in the state or federal courts in the State of Colorado, and the parties hereby consent to exclusive venue and jurisdiction in those courts. Vail Resorts shall not be liable to Members or any other person or entity for failure to execute the Program or any element thereof, or supply a Benefit or any part thereof, by reason of any act of God, any action s , regulation s order s or request s by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity whether or not they prove to be invalid , any equipment, technical, system or other failure, terrorist act, cyber-attack, earthquake, war, fire, flood, explosion, unusually severe weather, hurricane, embargo, labor dispute or strike whether legal or illegal , labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slow-down, civil disturbance, insurrection, riot, closures, cancellations or delays, epidemic or pandemic, or any consequences resulting therefrom or any similar or dissimilar event beyond its reasonable control.

Eleven years ago, the Epic Pass transformed the ski industry by offering guests unlimited skiing at the best resorts in the world, for a previously unheard of low price, making skiing and riding more accessible and affordable. As part of Epic for Everyone, Vail Resorts announced today the introduction of the new Epic Day Pass, a customizable pass for those skiers and riders who may not need the unlimited skiing offered by traditional season passes. Guests can create their own pass by selecting the number of days they plan to ski or ride — from one day to seven days — and whether or not to add holiday access. Last season, Whistler Blackcomb announced a new 2-Day EDGE Card, available with or without holiday restrictions, in order to provide additional flexibility and value for local and regional guests. For those who want to ski more days, the Epic Pass and the Whistler Blackcomb Unlimited Pass provide unlimited, unrestricted access to Whistler Blackcomb.

If you have a pass product, you are good to go for the dates associated with your pass! If you decide to purchase a full price lift ticket, please come see the ticket office at the end of the day for your ticket adjustment.
