Why does chidori need sharingan
The Chidori is a high concentration of lightning chakra channelled around the user's hand. The Chidori was created by Kakashi Hatake after he failed to apply his lightning- nature to the Rasengan.
His universally acknowledged talent and deep experience qualify him to be so. He is that formidable. His achievements aside, there is one jutsu in his arsenal that accompanied him for the majority of his journey--Chidori. And by honing it for years to come, Sasuke succeeded in making Chidori his trademark jutsu. Despite its widespread reputation, there are still plenty of misunderstandings and confusion regarding the technique.
Why does chidori need sharingan
In recent Boruto episodes, Sasuke told Boruto that in order to perform Chidori, one needs to have the Sharingan. I think that's highly illogical, considering it's just a Lightning blade, and any proficient Lightning Release user should be able to do it. It's just a big fireball, any proficient Fire Release user should be able to do it. Lol he still FORM it if he is a lightning user. The speed at which the Chidori is performed, despite being one of its greatest assets, also represents one of its biggest drawbacks: users move at their target so fast that its causes atunnel vision-like effect for them. Because they charge in a straight line it is easy for opponents to attack them, and because of the tunnel vision it is difficult for the user to see these attacks, much less react to them. For this reason, most ninja cannot use the Chidori safely. Because Chidori and Raikiri arent the same. Raikiri is the name of an updated version of Chidori. English version of the name Raikiri comes from the literal translation which really means Lighting Blade, but it isnt a lighting blade because of the name, but because it is so powerful it literally can cut a lighting. Chidori and Raikiri are fundamentally the same, yet Raikiri is a stronger version of Chidori. Yeah, they wanted the translataion sound cool, they just caused misunderstanding. Rai means thunder and kiri isnt actually blade either but edge, like the edge of a blade so not tge blade itself :joy:.
Bart a lion still has claws. Gamariki Author. Rai means thunder and kiri isnt actually blade either but edge, like the edge of a blade so not tge blade itself :joy:.

Easily one of the most iconic ninjutsu techniques in Naruto , Chidori is an extremely potent application of Lightning Release, used by both Kakashi Hatake and Sasuke Uchiha as one of their trademark jutsu. The two shinobi are renowned for the intelligence and creativity with which they utilize their arsenal of ninjutsu techniques through various battles in the series, and this is perhaps best reflected in how they employ Chidori in different scenarios. In fact, Sasuke and Kakashi's inventiveness, along with their refined control over their chakra has yielded a plethora of techniques which go beyond Chidori's original use and take it to entirely new levels. These successive incarnations of Chidori have been pivotal in settling some of the most important fights in Naruto , most notably, in the final clashes between Naruto and Sasuke at the Valley of the End. For a jutsu that is so central to the identity of the series, Chidori has evolved though a number of variations that amplify its destructive capabilities in unique ways. First developed by Kakashi Hatake when he was just a teenager, Chidori is a technique that was born from his failure to imbue his lightning natured chakra to the Rasengan — created by his mentor Minato Namikaze.
