I did complain and they did replace it albeit after the third attempt! I was wondering if I could un twist it and gain by their bad service? Long answer - if you want it the same length then almost certainly not. If you need shorter lengths and thickness then you might be abel to cut it down and thickness it, but for the faff involved I wouldn't bother.
