I am going through a very painful situation which is really affecting my game experience. I unfortunately deleted a weapon before going to bed on the 9th October, a two-hands epic Axe. When a GM restored an item that had limited uses, I think it was only 5 times for your entire duration of your account, after 5 restorations, even if 10 years pass, you won't get another. This new system means you get one chance to mend a screw up per month, its unlimited, but only once per month.
