Shows every 15 mins on weekends and every 30 mins on weekdays. Such a nice joy to see in a great hotel. Over the years the Buffet at Bellagio has maintained it's excellence and is my "go to" buffet. Try it.

My wife and I had our best dinner in Vegas at Yellowtail. The Tuna pizza not really a pizza was delicate and flavorful. The crab springroll was sharp in flavor and texture as was the spicy tune spring roll. Don't miss the grilled eggplant! Even if you don't think you like eggplant, this is superb.

Yellow Tail is so beautiful, you can sit outside on the terrace that overlooks the Bellagio Fountains and enjoy some of the best sushi on the strip! She enjoyed the restaurant 's signature dishes, including big eye tuna pizza , tai snapper and kobe beef tataki with her customized, sparkly chopsticks. Such a nice joy to see in a great hotel.
