Tried to enter the Order number again, now it's not accpeted because it's already been used. So, send it back to them without a returns number, that was a week ago, as yet they've not even acknowledged receipt of the item although UPS managed to take 4 days to return the item due to "an extreme weather event" which was presumably so extreme it failed to register on any weather website. Took my money and order. This company operates badly. I have used this company previously. Received no email to say things had shipped.
