I have been completely impressed with their support and follow-through. Instead of correcting their mistake, they blame me back and asked me to followup with my own Lawyer, Court, etc and tried to walk away. We had a great experience renting a property and highly recommend it. My experience with Ziprent has been very great! It's been 2 weeks since I contacted them. I was very pleased with the quality tenants both outgoing and incoming and that they minimized the vacancy period in between tenants. Hopefully this remains an infrequent occurrence, as Ziprent's model does not assign a specific agent to your property if I understand correctly? Tom P. Just to add a cherry on the top, Samone then sent me a new link that would so called allow me to book a showing and it was a link to a different house. I have spoken to them several times maybe too many while listing our home and they have always been polite. On the tenant side, I'd rent a Ziprent property in a heartbeat as they make the process easy for tenants as well- convenient property showings, easy communication, easy rent payment process, and prompt handling of repair requests. Tom P. I have been very impressed with this company. All activities related to the renting property have logs recorded on line starting on boarding thru monthly rent collected. I have never talked to the same human beings twice in a row. A part of me feels relieved that we didn't got it This is my 5th year working with Ziprent. I am updating my review to 2 stars because I did get a call from Brenda who listened to all my issues. I recently signed a lease at the end of February for an apartment managed by Ziprent. My only feedback that I'm not sure is in their direct control, is that being able to work with a team that know your property would help--the ins and outs of the place. All good, right? The staff is actively monitoring the renting process and willing to answer any questions via phone or email. We were given 24 hours to accept the lease and send a security deposit. It is where I go home after a long day at work.
The question is interesting, I too will take part in discussion. Together we can come to a right answer. I am assured.
