I'm a month in. Joined for very similar reasons. Just had my results which were as expected, and really liking it so far. May I say he looks gaunt I've done it and am 2 months in. I'm late forties and overweight. The testing is interesting, but where I have found it most useful is after the results come in and the app opens up with your personalised scores.

Just wondering if anyone signed up to the Zoe app and lost weight? Hi, I'm nearly at the end of the four month period and have lost no weight. I think it depends on the reason you're not as slim as you like - I'm a saint Monday-Thursday and then eat and drink too much Fri-Sun and I haven't changed my weekend ways enough to see a difference in weight. Worth it in other ways though I think and I'm sure if I reigned in weekends it would have had bigger impact. I feel WAY better, loads more energy etc, but was hoping to be slimmer too! One of the problems is I end up eating a lot of nuts and cheese, and a lot of pulses so might try and change that to fish and see if it makes a difference…. I am doing it. But the report was a wake up call - worse than expected blood sugar and fat responses though decent gut biome diversity. Im doing it for health reasons as I want to live in good health for as long as possible. I do feel better and definitely more confident that I'm generally making good food choices for me which adds a bit of feeling virtuous!
I was also so hungry having eaten only the horrid refined carbs of the brekkie ones that I tucked into them!

This has really driven home to me how bad some foods are for my health. I feel so much better and have so much energy. My mood is better, and I sleep well.

Thank you lovely people. Oh op I am really interested in this! Start a new thread Flip thread Hide thread. Some people seem to love it, but I suspect these were very new ideas to them. If you already long-term easily follow "clean" eating habits, then maybe you'd be able to tell what using Zoe advice added to your health, given you already had a 'good' diet. I really admire the work Zoe are doing in this area, but personally thought the cost was prohibitive and felt that with some focus and attention I could probably achieve a great deal flying solo. Very interested to see what Zoe recommends and the results. Looking forward to fitting my Libre tomorrow and hoping I may be able to convince my fil who has T1DM to get one as he has been putting it off. Here's a link to our Talk Guidelines. Hello thread, today is day one of the post-results phase for me. The app is rubbish when compared to other tracking apps and the customer service is terrible. HowardKirksConscience the blood sugar monitor is part of a study they are recruiting for and is optional. Advanced search Saved Active Unanswered threads. Agree OP, the food logging is really not good at all. Advanced search Saved Active Unanswered threads. Otherwise wholegrain sourdough from a proper bakery. Active Watching Add post I'm on Search. I don't understand why it's an issue if you find some podcasts tell you things you know already. Final results. Zoe have now replied more and really are helpful. Following with interest, I'm thinking about it too. I've been considering paying for Zoe and I would also be very interested in the type of variation you have seen. The one I've got is Waitrose 'love life quick cook barley mix' - it's got some dried peas and lentils in though mostly barley, I assume parboiled. What I got out of it was simply that lower carb diets are a better choice for me.
