This sequel was directed by Anne Goursaud [1] and was released directly to video in the United States, receiving poor reviews. Ten years after Elizabeth the character portrayed by Kim Basinger in the first film [3] left him, John has descended into a world of depression and loneliness, and is suicidal. When he receives an invitation to attend an art exhibit in Paris that will feature some of Elizabeth's paintings, he immediately boards a plane for France, hoping to get to talk to her. He arrives at the auction house and promptly wins all of her artwork, but Elizabeth is not there. He does, however, see a beautiful woman Angie Everhart wearing exactly the same shawl that he gave to Elizabeth many years earlier.

The fashion show fails to be really exciting, it's all so damned cold, it looks good, but really lacks warmth. The entire film just seems like a bad nightmare that you can't wake up from and this includes the two leads.

John travels to Paris to find Elizabeth 10 years after their intense affair, but after learning of her marriage to another man, he soon becomes involved with a beautiful and mesmerizing young designer. Lea reveals that she knows the details of their kinky affair, but that Elizabeth is now married. She takes Gray from a modeling show to wild clubs and finally into a public street corner for sex. Later, they finish off a fashion show with a menage a trois until Lea's partner Vittorio Steven Berkoff jealously interrupts to tell Gray that Elizabeth is actually dead. The next day, Lea brings Gray to the scene of Elizabeth's death, revealing the truth about her drug-addled past.
