My father has been a resident here from January and has the best care, the manager Cathy Frost and staff are always approachable and friendly. When we visit him at different days and times my father is clean, well fed, and his room is cleaned and refreshed with what he needs daily. Ashlynn Grange offers lots of different activities and group outings to keep the residents active and social,so pleased my father is here. The care staff always come and chat to him whenever they see him, my nan was in a home in Huntingdon which is now closed so I know the difference between a good home and a bad one. Disgusting treatment of my mother with undiagnosed dementia they were warned about her condition and we were assured they were professional in dealing with the symptoms ie anger frustration etc they shut her bedroom door so they couldn't hear her nurses refused to help her because she shouted they did not sympathise with any of her needs she had bed sores and sore privates she did not eat she was found on the floor of her room after calling out and being ignored! She caught covid and died in hospital 2 days later skin and bone. The staff were walking around with out masks during the pandemic they were hostile and under qualified.

When a new resident joins us, we invest time in understanding their life story, as well as learning about their hobbies and the important people in their lives. This information enables us to encourage our residents to live life to the fullest, with laughter and love. Residents are encouraged to personalise their bedrooms by bringing furniture from home. Regular feedback forums enable residents and their families to suggest new experiences, outings and events.
