BarBouni at Baba is a charming Ouzerie that is redefining the local dining experience in St. Petersburg one seafood delight at a time. They have it all from fresh seafood, a raw bar, unique craft cocktails, and Mediterranean wines. They have a great menu of craft cocktails, wine, Greek liquors and more. Barbouni Restaurant Costa Navarino faces the Ionian Sea and stands on the dunes by the coast at the most unique beachside spot. We have spent 7 in all nights at the Westin Resort, Costa Navarino through our 2 visits and have had lunch at least 3 times at this lovely summer seafood restaurant. Babouni Restaurant is the icing on the culinary cake. Located on the beach, the draped curtain ceiling dance in the wind, providing a picture perfect setting that lends itself to a very long lunch. We Greeks usually accompany our mezze with Ouzo, or Tsipouro. Barbouni Restaurant closes early to avoid disturbing egg-laying of local sea turtles. We enjoyed the lovely sea breeze and every bite here at the Barbouni restaurant of the Westin Costa Navarino was better than the previous.

You have an ouzo, you have a drink with friends and you share little plates, which normally consist of seafood. The nine-seat bar takes the place of the bakery at Baba in the Grand Central District. As part of the experience, staff will be shucking oysters and making seafood plateaus right at the bar, where guests can also have cocktails. Other dishes include seafood crudo, a fried fish collar and a fried barbouni — a little red mullet found in the Mediterranean. In keeping with the casual vibe, there are no reservations and seating is on a first-come, first-served basis. For now, Barbouni is open from 5 to 10 p.
