The Berri Medical Clinic is a modern family general practice based in the heart of the Riverland region of South Australia. We are not too far from the Riverland General Hospital which provides a comprehensive range of medical, surgical, berri medical clinic, obstetric, radiological, and laboratory services. Onsite we now have berri medical clinic doctors and 8 nurses offering a comprehensive range of general practice services including preventative health care and obstetrics.

Dr Stanton graduated from the University of Adelaide in After further in hospital training in Anaesthetics, Obstetrics, Paediatrics and Psychiatry he spent 4 years in general practice in Adelaide. He and his wife moved to Berri in fulfilling his ambition of being a country GP. They have raised 3 children in the Riverland. Outside of medicine his main interests are time with his family, gardening, flying radio controlled model aeroplanes at Loxton, and following the Adelaide Crows. Dr Dalamagas was born in Athens. His medical interests are Obstetrics and Emergency Medicine. He is a keen tennis player, enjoys gym and reading. Dr van Staden is an independent medical practitioner.

Berri medical clinic

The Ante-natal clinic is run every Monday by one of our obstetric doctors. The clinic aims to provide a high standard of health care to ante-natal patients throughout their pregnancy and up until the time of delivery. The Diabetes Clinic is run by our Diabetes Educator. The aim is to support and motivate patients to understand diabetes and their personal health risks, and to make informed choices regarding diet, exercise and effective use of medication. The Diabetes Educator will also help patients to monitor blood glucose levels and use the results to improve diabetes control, manage high and low blood glucose levels and develop sick day management plans. The Skin Cancer Clinic has been developed to provide skin cancer screening and treatment to our patients. As part of this we offer a full body skin check using dermatoscopy, our doctors can dermatoscopically photograph areas of concern for monitoring, or arrange biopsy if required. Patients who require an INR check are asked to book into a clinic. There will be a doctor assigned to each clinic to review results.
