North Bondi Surf Life Saving Club is built upon a rich and rewarding history of life saving and volunteer service to the community. F ormed in as one of the first clubs in Australia, our club has a proud tradition of more than years providing essential beach safety, life saving services, and community events to members of the public. Our Club is passionate about providing a diverse range of activities and surf sports for our members. From nippers to adults, we deliver Surf Life Saving education and training, surf sports development, local and national competition, community ocean events, and nationally recognised certifications and awards in first aid, resuscitation, and many other qualifications. This left Australian diggers with the task of defending the city of Tobruk, which was a stronghold where future attacks could be launched upon German forces.
