Sorry, something went wrong. Nah man, just copy all that text and paste it in a file called keys. And what do I do after that. After that you're done. If the game is in this list and the key right. Cemu will decrypt it and run it. Loadiine format.

By RaiderX May 28, in Noobs. I am hoping I can get some direction or help here. I cannot seem to find a solution for this anywhere. With some WiiU games downloaded the files simply wont start up due to a key required. Now I already know about loading keys in the key txt in Cemu but even though I have all the keys in there that I could possibly find online these games wont load. An example would be file name: Super Smash Bros. There are not really many places to get WiiU games from so this is the only one I could find. I am not ripping my own games. Not all games are in the 'wux' format and come in folders - these run fine and dont even need keys. Is there anyone here who managed to set up WiiU in Cemu and linked in Launchbox who has some experience with this issue or could direct me in the right direction?

Decrypted ROMs do not need any additional configuration and should launch without any issue. Cemu is a fairly straight-forward emulator to set up, if you use decrypted ROMs. Do not install your games. No additional setup is required. Read the Configuration section to learn more about Cemu and its folder locations. If you use decrypted ROMs, you do not need the following questionnaire.

Cemu can't easily take the place of a home console in your living room, but it does a very good and arguably better job of playing Wii U games on PC. To rip games, you'll need an actual Nintendo Wii U console you can homebrew.
