Back inmy uncle and I visited our local Chevrolet dealership in Detroit to purchase a new Chevelle model. I was there to see and go for a chevrolet 1964 in a great new car, chevrolet 1964. Our client asked us if we could improve the paint finish because he wanted to keep the car original and did not want to replace the factory paint. We also performed a full detail on the interior of the car. To start, we polished the wheels and bright metal. The second step was to decontaminate the original paint and enrich the dried-out lacquer finish with polishes from Americana Global. Then we applied a wax to the paint to protect and add depth to the finish. On the interior, we performed a through vacuum of the carpets, cleaned the protective rubber floor mats, polished all the chrome, cleaned the glass, and detailed the dash and side panels. Once the work was complete, we stored this vehicle indoors until the client was able to return to pick it up. This classic cruiser is now ready for cruise nights, car shows,and trips to the dairy bar for ice cream.
