In my experimenting I found that lucky charm only benefits that character. So put all your lucky charm gear on one character. It only works on chests, barrels, crates, etc..

So when i put 1 point into lucky charm in all my characters do i end up having lucky charm 4? I mean it would be quite powerful but since the talent is shared different from all the other civil skills and civil skill points are hard to come by i was wondering if i could spread it out over all my chars and be fine. Why not?
