So I should be finishing all missions I have left hanging like Book Club IX or maybe any activity like facilities no longer be able to unlock. All I got are two nightrunner safehouses which are unlocked but they still list as not. I don't understand the meaning of this dumb warning if continuing with Now or Never main mission, any ongoing side missions will not be affected or terminated. So why Epilogue warning says it wrong?

If you choose to go after the truck, a timed chase around the city will start, where you'll have to follow the truck until it to a Renegades Hideout. However, Jack will radio Aiden to inform him that Frank died. Without Frank, leadership in the city will crumble, and Lawan will prefer revenge to becoming a Nightrunner, and you won't be able to get the best ending.
