Nah, but seriously, engage very cautiously, as his ult stack is far strongker than q. Like, he'll try and pop you with his stun, with if he's fed, with be damaging, but all you needa do is pop that ult, and boom he's dead, or he'll run. Also, make sure, if your doing good, your ready for him to teleport back with his ult. You won't get the kill if he pops away.

Win Rate Stacks Q mean a lot for Nasus, but surviving the laning phase is more important. Be prepared to give up a few stacks Q in order to keep your health bar topped up. Nasus is a late-game monster and should look to split push during the mid and late game. But, if your team needs you in team fights, be prepared to group and help your team. For runes, you should pick Fleet Footwork as your keystone, followed by Triumph, Legend: Tenacity and Last Stand in the primary tree, as well as Second Wind and Unflinching in the secondary tree. For rune shards, you want Cooldown Reduction in offense, Health Scaling in flex and Health Scaling in defense, though it depends on the matchup. For the skill order, you want to stick with Q - W - E.
