New Sunday morning, new brunch spot! After browsing the web, I decided that my next stop would be Forage. This all-day restaurant serves brunch on Saturdays and Sundays and it has consistently been ranked among the best brunches in West End over the years says their website…. I went to Forage at around 10am on a Saturday morning and I was able to get a seat pretty much right away. There was no line up so that was definitely a plus!

We piled our toasted rye high with the rich, earthy mushrooms and our meal was definitely off to a good start. Halibut was tasty, but a bit small for three. Our next dish was kale salad.

While visiting Vancouver I met here with four members of family. I picked the restaurant because it was around the corner from my hotel and within walking distance for the others. Small space, cozy on a rainy evening.
