After defeating The Imprisoned for the second time, head to the Bazaar and speak to Croo, a man sitting at the table. He will mention that he hasn't seen the Fortune Teller, Sparrot, around lately. Head over to his house on the east side of Skyloft and speak to him. Sparrot will be in despair because his Crystal Ball is cracked. He'll ask you to find him another, which can be found below the clouds at the top of a mountain.
