If your degree information is incorrect, please contact graduation. Students are required to meet both their program and degree requirements in order to be eligible to graduate. It is your responsibility to ensure that graduating with distinction uoft will successfully meet these requirements as you plan your courses each semester.
The goal of this grading system is to reduce student stress while still recognizing superior work and identifying marginal performance. It is the most frequently given grade. This appointed faculty member may ask for clarification of any anomalous results or distributions, or disparity between sections of the same courses. Both the appointed faculty member and the Dean have the right, in consultation with the instructor of the course, to adjust marks where there is an obvious and unexplained discrepancy between the marks submitted and the perceived standards of the Faculty. Final marks are official, and may be communicated to the students only after the review procedure has taken place. There are no supplemental examination privileges in the Faculty.
