While trying to choose skills, empty ones keep flashing, change specialization, flashing again, if you want to choose good, you need to switch through all traits, so it's really annoying. It's not to make sure you forgot something. It checks only a visible tab, you may miss to set aquatic skills. It only flashes for skills you clearly see are empty.
