Profile Steel 3-Blade. Clearing Width 32" This is an awesome machine. Easy to start, reliable, easy to maintain, performs well and that Honda engine! All I can say is wow! I don't know what to complain about. Well, maybe I'll take that back, my one complaint is that Honda has made no provision for handlebar adjustment. I can live with that but it would be nice Otherwise, snow thrower perfection! I purchased this snowblower based on the Honda reputation of durability and dependability. I own two other honda products mower and weed eater which I love. This unit is super quiet and seams to be built like a tank. My biggest complaint is that it's not the easiest to move around. I can't believe between the price paid and the technology Honda has that they could not have designed this with independent steering. My last two snowblowers were Cub Cadets and they both had trigger controls to stop drive to one side or the other in order to steer the machine along.

Snowblowers have made grade strides in recent years, with greater power and dependability across the board. Even so, virtually every model occasionally runs into at least a small problem that requires a bit of troubleshooting in order to diagnose and fix. The Honda HS is certainly no exception to this rule. In order to troubleshoot safely, make sure the equipment has been turned off and allowed to cool down. Finally, make sure that maintenance is conducted away from bystanders, children, and pets, in a well-ventilated area where the surface is solid and level. Though certainly inconvenient, each of these problems can be easily fixed by troubleshooting and checking for a few common oversights and mistakes that could have led to the problem. Insufficient fuel will certainly keep the snowblower sidelined, but refueling with high-octane, unleaded fuel will solve the problem in a matter of moments.
