Hp laptop flickering

My laptop screen flickers on hp laptop flickering off with lines and shades of the tray panel icons. It didnt fall or broke. Do I need to change screen? When I connected to external projectors, the projector screen was clear!

I brought this laptop a year ago, the first time the flickering happened was 2weeks after i used it, i panicked but it stopped. Then after 10month it happened again, only this time more flickering and i had to wait for a while for it to stop. It did stop but after 30min. But now it's happening alot and this week it happened 4 times it stop for 1 day and continues for 3 to 4 days. The screen flickering goes wayyyy more when laptop plugged in charger, or in a discord call.
