Minecraft continues to be one of the biggest games ever. Millions of players enter the blocky world every day to complete challenges, play with friends and build giant creations. Alongside this, players can host their own custom hypixel skyblock update, some of which have grown massive.

This page contains the history of past changes, bug fixes and updates to Hypixel SkyBlock, as posted on the Hypixel Forums by administrators and as discovered by the community. The Alpha Network is currently closed. Last Alpha Testing was for new features in The Garden. These features have been listed as upcoming or planned, but do not have any set release date or plan for release. This section includes minor updates which were not listed in the patch notes area of the forums. Some of these updates might have been for a limited time only. The articles below are simply a list of the changes on these dates and are not patch notes from the developers.

Fixed Extreme Focus on End Stone Sword so the resistance bonus doesn't go away on the first hit and added some sfx to it.

Fairy Souls are collectibles scattered around the SkyBlock world. Fairy Souls are collectibles that take the form of rainbow-coloured orbs scattered and hidden around parts of the map. There are Fairy Souls in total. Players can interact with Fairy Souls by right-clicking them. Left-click may also work, but the right-click hitbox seems to be bigger. Each soul is unique and is able to be collected only once. A message in the chat is displayed to the player each time they interact with a soul informing them they have collected the soul or previously discovered it.

Today the Blazing Fortress is emerging from its chrysalis, finally born anew in the form of the Crimson Isle. Many memories were forged on this island but it is time for new stories to be told. Centuries of eruptions from the Volcano turned this island into this infernal landscape. The island inhabitants regrouped into two opposing factions on each side of the Volcano. While their relations have been mostly peaceful since the treaty, trouble is starting to brew on the island.

The Guide is now Jerry. Renamed the banker to "Banker Barry", as well as making some other general changes. Dungeons map now shows white check mark instead of green if a room has undiscovered secrets. Increased trade capacity.
