Trial of thunder shrine quest
The Shrine Quest will begin immediately when you first reach the Thundra Plateau. This area is located directly west of the Ridgeland Tower and when you arrive there is a continuous thunderstorm.
Toh Yahsa is one of the many shrines located throughout Zelda: Breath of the Wild. Found in the Ridgeland region, it is accessible once you have completed the Trial of Thunder shrine quest, and features the Buried Secrets trial. You'll find this shrine at the Thundra Plateau in the Ridgeland region. It's right next to Ridgeland Tower; glide off to the west and head towards the ruins in the corner of the swamp. When you touch down, you'll be given the Trial of Thunder shrine quest.
Trial of thunder shrine quest
First, use a Remote Bomb to blow up all of the blocks right in front of you. Use Magnesis to pick up the metal box that was revealed, and move it to your right to knock over the chest on the platform. It contains an Opal. Once on the floor, turn toward the platform you came in on. There's a hidden, breakable block here directly below the entrance. Blow it up to reveal a chest containing Rubber Armor , which grants shock resistance. Blow up all of the blocks on either side of the the pyramid-esque structure in front of you to reveal a pressure plate below. You can't do anything with it just yet! Use Magnesis to move the metal crate onto the low platform in front of the entrance, then go back up to the entrance. With the metal crate raised, you can now jump across to the other side. Once on the other side, again use Magnesis to lift the metal crate, and move it on top of the pressure plate by turning around. You won't be able to see it, but make your best guess. If you miss the pressure plate, climb up to the second level where you can look down through the mesh platform to see the pressure plate and metal crate. With that, the gate to the monk opens, granting you a Spirit Orb.

Successful completion of this quest reveals the hidden Toh Yahsa Shrine in the Ridgeland region. To begin this shrine quest, navigate to Thundra Plateau, west of Ridgeland Tower. Assuming a western approach, stand in front of the red orb on the platform. Use Stasis on it, then hit it so it soars over to the center plateau where the four receptacles and pillars are. The green orb is on top of that southwest pillar. Use an arrow or two to knock it down, then put it in its place. Put the red and purple orbs in the correct receptacle based on color as well.
Breath of the Wild. When Link arrives at the Thundra Plateau , located just west of the Ridgeland Tower , this will begin the shrine quest. Until Link reaches this area and completes the shrine quest, it will continuously be thunderstorming. Thus, Link will need to have Shock Resistance , or he must unequip his electrified weapons. The objective here is to get the four colored orbs onto the plateau and into their corresponding statue foot pedestals. Once all four orbs are on the plateau, place them in their correct positions. The Toh Yahsa Shrine will appear and complete the quest. To complete shrine, blowup all the boulders in the shrine with some Bombs.
