March 07, Located on Amoy Street, it was easy to find since it was actually right next to my favorite Kamitora restaurant! There was a short line when Kamitora got there even in the drizzling rain, kamitora, which actually made it the perfect climate to have a bowl of hot soupy ramen.

Another long meeting is expected this afternoon so I won't have the luxury of a full one-hour lunch today after all the traveling. It's been a while since I last visited The Pawn so they're obviously very high on my list while Five Guys also received some consideration but no milkshake still! Hailed from Osaka, Kamitora Tonkotsu is a place highly touted for its rich pork bone broth. That's our chef right there I was told!
