KLM is now consistently my worst travel experience airline! Their staff do not know the applicable benefits for each of their membership levels. It clearly states on their website that silver flying blue members have priority lanes. However, every time I use one, I am told extremely rudely that I am not allowed to use priority lanes. The official Dutch foreign ministry advice for travelling reported no alerts for the area.

They told us because our Carry-on bag was too big, so we took out the ski jackets and were able to put the bag in the allotted basket. Then they said they changed our flight to a later flight because they thought we would be late for this flight.

At the point of submitting the claim we were told to expect delays in processing due to a large volume of claims. There were no delays and Schiphol airport is always a delight for transfers. This is the worst airline company ever. The guy behind the counter was of know use at all regarding our luggage which had my partners medication in , We were going increasingly tired and aggravated with the lack of help.. Luggage damaged when I got it at Las Vegas! Then they said because the flight is overbooked so they put us on a later flight. Business class ticket totally unusable now.
