Family owned since in Ohio, but originally it came from California. No rust. Any suggestion on how to fix this or what's going on? Like I said, none of the tail light bulbs are out. I checked when the car was in park while running, and in reverse. Nothings out at all.

By bbesser August 22, in 90 - 00 Lexus LS I've been reading the various discussions about how all of the dash indicator lights will come on, which signals a bad alternator. My 'tail light out' indicator slowly came on while driving during the day with lights off but none of the tail lights appear to be burned out.

Also the third taillight bulb between the rear speakers could be burnt. There may be a further message in the instrument panel noting the exact bulb. Mine were still working but it was throwing the light Tried with mine and tried with used and neither were really burnt or corroded inside and still light on. Check for a broken wire on the harness just below where it that attaches to the arm for trunk lid. I did try to free up the wires at trunk hung cause kind of tight but, after these threads I guess I need to actually cut the sleeve off and check all wires thoroughly.
