This flour produced dense cakey loves and when fed to my sour dough starter almost killed it. I don't know what was wrong with it but I wouldn't risk buying it. Had high hopes for this flour but could not use it as it was infested with weevils. I loved the first couple of bags of this flour, it made great bread with a nice crust and open crumb. I was convinced I'd found a great value, great quality flour. But the next bag was disappointing. The bread rose weirdly and the crumb was less open. I have just opened my 4th packet and it seems to be behaving differently again. I will probably go back to my old brand even though it is considerably more expensive - at least it made consistently good bread. Bread was ok but didnt rise as normal and more dense.
