Once you have progressed far enough in the main campaign, the Missing: Pablo poster shows up on the notice board at Serling Hotel. Upon interacting with it, you will be given the task to find Pablo, who has been missing since he went to look for medical supplies at Venice Beach. However, as with the other characters, Pablo too has a surprising backstory that you will learn through the course of the quest. Kickstart the quest by fast traveling to Venice Beach , and then heading to the Blue Crab Grill , the same place where you went for finding Davis, in one of the previous quests. From there, you need to find Rose's Tattoo Parlor, which is right across the street in front of the Blue Crab Grill, north of the Police Station and west of the fast-travel location. Once you are at the Tattoo Parlor, use the button to open the doors and head inside. You will find a clue, Need For Needles, right beside the computer on the counter. Now, you need to grab the second clue, which is at a different location, unlike the previous quests. For the second clue, you need to go to Muscle Beach Nutrition. You will spot a gym, and the Muscle Beach Nutrition shop will be right beside it. Before you get past the fencing, you need to ensure that you have a circuit breaker as you will need in the next part of the quest. The circuit breaker can be found at the Venice Autos shop nearby, and you can then throw it across the fence. Use the nearby structures to get across the fencing, and then head to the back of the store to find a shutter.
